Year 5 Home Learning Autumn 2024

In Year 5 pupils will be given home learning that supports our current lessons.
We have asked pupils to:
  • Learn weekly spellings - sets of ten words for testing the following week.
  • Update a reading record card which goes home each week. Parents please sign to say you have heard or discussed your child's reading.
  • Complete a maths task that has been taught in the week. This is a consolidation activity. Please mark this with your child. We will post the answers with the sheet.
Maths home learning.

Week 1: Roman Numerals challenge.

Note that children need to write in the home learning books and can look at a computer screen to read to the questions. You don't need to print out the sheets. Save your paper!

(Mr Poli's class will have home learning books on 16.9.24)
